The Secrets to Healthy Eating & Living | Southey Print
Description: Learn how the food you eat affects your health, digestion, assimilation, and evacuation. Other topics will include Iridology, Schlerology, Reflexology, and Rayid (Herbal Medicine).

Self-Defence for Women | Southey Print
Description: Enhance your personal safety! Learn practical strategies for avoiding assault with basic release moves, self-defense scenarios, how to conduct yourself in a bad situation, using the striking tools of the body, assertiveness, and awareness of your surroundings. You are not defenseless! This class is open to all women aged 16 and up.

Digital Photography - Advanced| Southey Print
Description: Take what you learned in the basics class to the next level. Have fun discovering things that you didn’t know you could do with a camera! As with the first class, be prepared to bring your camera along!
