Carlton Trail Regional College offers great safety training options. Our certified trainers are industry recognized, and all classes meet Occupational Heath & Safety Standards. We have regularly scheduled and customized traning to fit your needs.

Program requires 100% mastery of 12 Lessons.
Many of our programs as well as several local construction worksites now require official construction safety training.

All snowmobile operators who were born on or after January 1, 1989, are now required to complete a snowmobile safety-training course before operating a snowmobile on public land. Topics include rules of the road, pre-start safety check, safe operating procedures, trail riding, survival and ice safety. Have fun...but ride safe! |

You’re an adolescent of 11 years old or older and you’ve decided to become a babysitter; are you prepared for this important responsibility? The newly revised Babysitting Course is updated for today’s youth. For many young adolescents, babysitting is their first job, and the Red Cross can help them become real “pros”! Course Content includes: • Important child care skills • Safety tips for children of all ages • How to cope with common problems, like tantrums and crying • What to do if anything makes the babysitter uncomfortable • Some great games and other ideas for having fun with the kids while babysitting • How to make the children’s environment safe and enjoyable • What are the respective rights and responsibilities of the babysitter and the family hiring one • What to do in case of an emergency? |
