We have many programs that target local industry and trades training, such as pre-trades electrical, plumbing, and carpentry courses, as well as WHMIS and Construction Safety training.

Have you always wanted to get your 1A license and never had the time? This is your chance. With only two students per instructor, this two-week program will provide you with many hours of on-the-road training. The Air Brake practical and road test are administered at the end of the program. Congratulations! You now have your 1A license. |

| Description: |
Work in the construction industry, pipeline or oil patches, forestry, or for your local RM. Our Heavy Equipment Operator program provides the knowledge and skill development for this career choice. After successful completion of two theory courses, you will receive specialty training on two pieces of equipment: backhoe, crawler tractor, excavator, front end loader, motor grader, motor scraper, or skid steer loader. |

| Description: |
This course is designed for planners, managers, supervisors and employees who are or will be required to develop, plan, and implement any kind of ground disturbance. Topics presented will include identifying what ground disturbance is; what permits will be required; how to locate and identify underground facilities; regulations associated with ground disturbance; reclamation and safety requirements; and how to minimize the impact on the environment. Typical agreements and contracts associated with ground disturbance operations will also be reviewed. |

| Description: |
Prepare for the Saskatchewan Initial Pressure Welders Test. Students must have 5,400 hours trade time in order to qualify for this class. You will be setting up six-inch schedule 80 pipe coupon from start to finish, and be given instruction in proper techniques needed to satisfy the requirements of the initial pressure test. Hands-on training with some theory included. Two-inch training/testing also available if you have successfully completed your six-inch ticket. |
