This course provides you with the basic knowledge of using Aluminum Phoshipe for control of insects stored in grain and control of ground squirrels on your own farm. It is also for elevator employees to control insects in grain stored in the elevator. Seperate application must be made to SASk AG & Food for a license after completing the course. Part of this course was formely known as " Grain Fumigation."

| Description: |
This course is for producers wishing to incorporate the use of futures and/or options in their marketing programs. You will gain an appreciation of the uses and limitations of these marketing strategies within a grain enterprise. Highlights include assessing potential hedging strategies, examining potential strategies to incorporated Fixed Price Contracts and/or Early Payment Options available from the CWB, and commodity options and their uses/limitations within a grain enterprise. It is recommended that you have participated in the Grain Marketing Basics course. |
